Dear friends!

I heartily greet you on the web page of Aikido Aikikai Federation of Russia. On opening this page we make one more step on the way of our organization's development.

Aikido is one of the runlets flowing into the river of physical education. One of the most wonderful things about Aikido is that everyone from a child to an elderly person can practice it without doing any harm to his health. Aikido is motion, a unity of spirit and body, a perfect feeling of a partner. But the essential idea is that being a genuine and serious martial art Aikido doesn't contain aggression, it rejects the very intention of initiating a fight. I consider this to be of primary importance.

I hope that on this page you will find lots of useful information and answers for your questions. Also I sincerely hope that this page will become a steady communication channel with the whole Internet community.
